Enter the property and their email
Sign in, add the address they want to rent, and the person’s name and email. No subscription required.

They complete identity and consent
We email them a short form — legal name, date of birth, current address, and Centrix consent. You cannot skip this.

Pay $15 inc GST and read the report
Card payment per check. TenancyIQ holds the Centrix PDF on your behalf for that tenancy decision.
Frequently asked questions
No. Tenant checks are a one-off payment. You need a free TenancyIQ account so we can collect consent, take payment, and hold the report on your behalf. Starter is optional if you later want listings, notices, and the tenancy record.
