By accessing or using TenancyIQ ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

TenancyIQ is an AI-powered tenancy onboarding and compliance platform designed for New Zealand landlords. All plans include a 2-month free trial with full access to every feature. No credit card is required to start your trial.

You may use TenancyIQ to:

• Upload tenancy agreements and have AI create tenancy records automatically.
• Track rent payments, inspections, maintenance requests, and compliance.
• Generate legal notices and documents for your tenancies.
• Upload and store tenancy-related documents.
• Use the TenancyIQ Assistant for guidance on NZ tenancy law.

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you enter into the Platform. You must not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

TenancyIQ is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The notices, documents, and AI-generated guidance provided by the Platform are tools to assist you and should not be treated as a substitute for professional legal advice.

While we strive to keep our templates and AI guidance aligned with current NZ tenancy legislation (including the Residential Tenancies Act 1986 and its amendments), laws change and individual circumstances vary. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified legal professional for complex tenancy matters.

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law:

• TenancyIQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of the Platform, including reliance on generated notices or AI guidance.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.
• Features may change, be added, or become unavailable without prior notice.

You retain ownership of all data you enter into TenancyIQ. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical tenancy information. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, we recommend keeping independent copies of important records.

TenancyIQ offers a 2-month free trial on all plans:

• No credit card is required to start your free trial.
• All features are included during your trial period.
• After your trial ends, you can subscribe to continue using TenancyIQ.
• We will never charge you without your explicit consent and a clear opt-in process.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Platform in a way that could harm other users or the Platform itself.
