Nitin founded TenancyIQ after recognising that self-managing landlords in New Zealand deserved better tools. He is a property investor and advisor, and draws on over 20 years leading complex technology programmes to bring large-scale programme discipline and technical rigour to building a platform landlords can trust.
Swati Puri
Co-Founder & Operations
Swati brings over 20 years of academic expertise in finance, corporate governance, and compliance to TenancyIQ's operations. Her deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and attention to detail ensures the platform maintains the highest standards of accuracy and reliability for NZ landlords.
